The Cacao Medicine opens the heart, inviting softness, presence, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
Outdoors, beneath sky and wind, we Open the Directions, a shamanic calling to the four elements for protection, clarity, and guidance.
Through movement, sound, and silence, energy flows, emotions release, and the body remembers its natural rhythm.
The Sauna Ritual offers sacred purification, heat, water, and breath weaving a return to simplicity and renewal.
Between practices, Prana Food by floret® nourishes body and spirit, grounding the journey in mindful pleasure.

Yoga Teacher & Ritual Guide
Lívia Oliveira is a Brazilian yoga teacher and ritual guide who has been walking the path of yoga, mythology, and shamanic wisdom since the early 2000s. She is the founder of Casa Opy, a yoga atelier in Florence dedicated to soulful practice and contemporary rituals.
Her work unites body, energy, and nature through Embodiment of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with storytelling, blending modern biomechanics with ancient philosophy. Each experience she creates is an invitation to embody awareness and reconnect with the wisdom that flows between the natural world and our inner nature.
At this retreat, Lívia will guide the Cacao Medicine Ritual, the Shamanic Opening of the Directions, and yoga sessions that awaken vitality, presence, and remembrance of the sacred of the body.

Yoga Teacher, Dancer & Somatic Guide
Katharina Eller is a yoga teacher, dancer, and somatic guide devoted to the art of embodied presence. As the founder of Yoga Vila, she creates spaces where movement becomes medicine and the body a pathway back to authenticity and inner harmony.
Her work weaves somatic awareness, intuitive movement, and ritual, inviting a return to the body’s natural intelligence. Guided by breath, rhythm, and subtle listening of music, Katharina’s philosophy about dancing is the between of grounding and flow.
At this retreat, she will guide Somatic Dance Journeys, the Sauna Ritual of Austrians that invite release, renewal, and reconnection with the essence of being alive.

During our retreat, meals will be curated in collaboration with floret based in Florence. floret is not just a restaurant concept but a space rooted in mindful nourishment, balance, and the beauty of community . Inspired by the retreat’s vision of Embodiment of the Inner Nature, the menu will blend local mountain ingredients with floret’s globally inspired, plant-forward philosophy, offering dishes that honor both body and spirit.
Each meal becomes an extension of our retreat: grounding, vibrant, and deeply connected to nature’s rhythm, inviting you to slow down, listen, and awaken your inner vitality through the act of nourishment.

We begin our journey in a sacred circle, sharing Cacao Medicine, a warm, heart-opening ritual that softens, awakens, and deepens connection.
Flowing naturally from stillness into somatic movement, we awaken the body, release tension, and tune into the rhythm of our own inner wisdom.
This opening honors presence, intention for this weekend and the sacred union of heart and body, inviting us fully into the journey ahead. -
A gentle descent into stillness — where the body softens, the breath slows, and stories weave dreams into the night. Through deep rest and soothing words, we remember the beauty of pause and the silence that holds us between the stars.

Awaken with the rhythm of the Earth. This morning practice flows like breath through body — alive, fluid, and grounded. Through movement, we attune to the natural pulse within and around us, meeting the day with vitality and presence.

A journey through the elements and the cycles of creation. In this ritual, we open the sacred directions, honoring Earth, Air, Fire, and Water as mirrors of our inner landscape. Guided by the mandala’s geometry, we explore balance and connection of the elements.

A journey into movement, rhythm, and release. Through dance, breath, and the pulse of music, we shake loose what no longer serves us anymore.
